Formed in 2008 by Stuart Underwood and Mark Vinecombe, Underwood Vinecombe focus on property law, advising on transactions across Property Development, Property Investment & Management, Landlord & Tenant, Financing & Secured Lending, Business Acquisitions & Disposals and Residential Conveyancing. The firm is founded on the technical excellence and commercial pragmatism of our solicitors, enabling us to deliver a robust and responsive service.
As well as employing a rigorous approach, we operate with a sense of urgency and a clear understanding of the commercial realities behind transactions. Our aim is to complete transactions swiftly to enable all parties to realise the benefits as quickly as possible.
We believe in traditional service values and aim to develop working relationships that are enjoyable as well as productive; we look to build long-standing partnerships rather than execute one-off transactions. We are a small, specialist team where our partners handle transactions and provide continuity of contact.
